Superb location near tourist attractions with amazing views of the mountains and the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely balconies. Breakfast included delicious coffee, bread, and omelet. Receptionist provided excellent customer service with helpful advice on renting bikes and places to visit.
The staff could benefit from more experience as they seemed preoccupied with personal matters while on shift leading to longer wait times for customers. The evening meal was served cold instead of warm, and there were issues with pests such as ants and lizards.

Our stay was comfortable with a clean and spacious room that had a balcony offering a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was included and it was delicious with coffee, bread, and omelets. We also appreciated the helpful receptionist who guided us on the local currency, places to visit, and more.
We experienced some issues during our stay. we felt a lack of professionalism among the staff which affected the service quality.

We had a great stay, spacious, clean room, and a stunning mountain view balcony. Staff was helpful with currency exchange, bike rental, and places to see. Delicious breakfast included. Convenient location near tourist bus station.
